hopeless bank in malaysia!!!

ok… since someone requested further description…

failed to use my ATM card, machine shows invalid pin but i did not change my pin since day one!?

fine… since that card was quite old… so thought it's time to change new one… so i went to the bank and told the tudung lady about my case… she replied:”oh… you have to bring along your bank book, or else you need to go back to the branch that you register for this account” well… fair enough… security purpose, i understand.

next day i went back with my bank book and she asked me to fill in a form and wait for my turn… when i was sitting there, how i wish i have the remote control (like the movie <>) that i can fast forward her movement! even the way she walk, is like double slow motion…

when it comes to my turn, i told her i only have 1 hour lunch time and appreciate she can speed up the process. well, she never reply yes or no and start to ask me about my case again, i told her and she look at my ATM card says need to change a new one and charge RM15. i was like WHAT!? is that my fault? she said:”bank policy, replace new card need to be charged”. ok FINE i said. (just want to quickly settle this and dont want to look at her face anymore)

then after ding dong ding dong… sign here and there, she took my old card put into the machine and ask me to try enter my pin. i entered… then she asked me to do the same again… and again.. i entered… after 1 min… she said to me:” it says wrong pin”… i raised my voice a little:”i told you that right? and that is why i am here to for a new ATM card!” then she put my old card again into the machine and ask me to enter new pin, i follow accordingly and after that she said done.

i doubted her and i test at the ATM machine immediately after that and it fails. i angrily walked to her and said:”tak boleh lah!”, then she asked me to sit down again and do the whole process again… and then she said:”i think you have to change a new card!” MY GOD! (which earth is this tudung lady from!?)

i raised my voice again:”then change lah! thought justnow you suggested me to change and why you did not and do all the unnecessary process!? wasting my time!!!!” she did not reply anything, did not look at me, did not appologise…

ARGhhhhhh…. spent about 45mins just to replace a new ATM card and somemore want to charge me RM15. I'll immediately terminate this account once i have fully redeemed my credit card points… hopeless!

  2. I have considerably improved my credit score recently and have been elevated for FICO B rating. However, for Transunion and Experian, they are now using Vantage instead, which lowers me to a C cat. Do you know which scoring system do they use at
